Day 01 :

Transfer to Kibale National Park (Drive: approx. 6-7 hours)

Pickup from Kampala/Entebbe. Drive west, passing through picturesque tea plantations near Fort Portal. Check-in at the lodge near Kibale Forest. Optional Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary walk for primates and birds. Dinner and overnight.

Day 02 :

Chimpanzee Tracking & Transfer to QENP

Morning Chimp Tracking briefing, followed by the trek. Spend one hour with the chimpanzees. After lunch, transfer (approx. 3 hours) south to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Enter QENP through the Northern sector. Dinner and overnight near the park.

Day 03 :

Morning Game Drive & Kazinga Channel Boat Safari

Early morning game drive across the Kasenyi plains, famous for lions, antelopes, and elephants. Return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, embark on the 2-hour boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, linking Lake George and Lake Edward. This is a primary wildlife viewing activity.

Day 04 :

Ishasha Sector Game Drive & Community

Drive to the Ishasha sector of QENP, famous for its unique tree-climbing lions. Enjoy a game drive here. Afternoon dedicated to a cultural encounter with a local community or relaxation at the lodge.

Day 05 :

Departure to Kampala/Entebbe (Drive: approx. 7-8 hours)

After breakfast, take a final game viewing drive as you exit the park. Lunch en route, stopping at the Equator crossing for the second time. Drop-off in Kampala or Entebbe International Airport.
